Reviews can be good, bad and sometimes ugly. But when a reviewer really hears what we are trying to achieve, it makes our work worthwhile.
Duke 2 was reviewed by StereoNET this week and we think they have experienced what our Heritage stand speaker can truly do – provoke a deep emotional response to the music.
“The outstanding quality of the Duke 2 is its exceptionally open and natural midband. This combines with an incredibly able tweeter to impart a wealth of musical detail that becomes quite transfixing. I actually found myself leaning forward while listening – not to attempt to discern more detail, but because I was so enthralled by the Marten’s musical presentation.”

Thanks to Jay for a well written piece.

We’re on the cover of the November’s edition of Audio Art Magazine. Or at least, Oscar Trio is.
We don’t have an official translation, but the text beneath Marten Oscar Trio reads: “The strength is unfathomable, the beauty of the mountain M is really beautiful.”
Sounds like a good review to us.

“The midrange is the most open and musically communicative that I have come across, combining huge amounts of detail without sacrificing the listener’s emotional connection with the music.”

Duke 2 is our entry to the Heritage range and has just received a great review over at The Ear. Having just released our latest stand speaker Oscar, it’s nice to see that a classic model is still gaining recognition.
Thanks for the kind words guys, we’ll keep doing what we do.
